What areas you deliver to and is there a delivery charge?
Currently we offer FREE delivery for customers within our 2km radius. For customers within a 3km, a £2 delivery fee will be applied automatically to your final bill. We are working hard to expand our radius, so stay tuned for updates!
How is your food packaged?
We package our food in microwavable containers so that all you have to do is put it in the microwave and you’re ready to go.
What if I want to edit or cancel my order?
If you placed an order and wish to add or remove something from the order or cancel the order, you can email us at email@example.com. Please include your name and order number in the email and we will be happy to assist you. Cancelations must be done 24 hours in advance or we cannot refund you.
What if I have allergies?
You can view a list of allergens on our website in the Order page next to each item on the menu. If you have any concerns please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
If you won’t be home, no problem, call us 020 7624 2921 at or email us at email@example.com and we will reschedule with you. We will always notify you 1 hour before we deliver your food.
How long does the food stay fresh for?
It is best to consume the food within 3 days of delivery.
Is your food Halal?
Yes, all our food is Halal.
